Put your strength to the test with the LELO Beads Plus, a luxurious set of six interchangeable weighted beads designed for progressive pelvic floor training.
The set includes three resistance levels with two 28 g, two 37 g and two 60 g beads. Wear the beads individually or combine them inside the silicone harness to create a training routine that evolves with your strength and comfort.
Internal weights respond subtly to your body’s movements, creating gentle kinetic sensations that encourage reflexive pelvic floor contractions. They can be worn while walking, swimming, sitting or completing everyday activities for a discreet routine requiring minimal interruption to your day.
Regular pelvic floor exercise can support muscular control, body awareness and sensitivity. The extra-soft silicone harness provides a smooth, comfortable fit, while the fully waterproof construction makes the entire set easy to clean.
